Move in Dubai – A review

What I have previously been thinking about my trip to Dubai. Can I run there as a woman alone and naked through the streets? Am I even without taxi good from A to B? And what does it cost to be traveling by public transport? How can I find gas stations and most importantly, how do I know without a display, where the price can be found. Even if you become a chauffeured on a blog trip from A to B, I wanted to try all the natural and have dropped me a whole afternoon of my tour group to try out the whole time.

The Earth Hour

Darkness that will brighten: This is the meaning of “Earth Hour”. On Saturday, March 19, 2016, photograph 20:30 to 21:30 both famous landmarks and households their lights out. This “hour for Earth” is the view of an important issue to draw: climate change. For the tenth time, the environmental organization WWF calls on people, businesses, and cities around the world to get involved with the action. The Earth Hour is to save energy, but above all be a reminder that the man-made global warming is increasing for years. One of six animal species are threatened, according to WWF extinction – because their habitat and thus change their livelihoods. “If we do not take countermeasures, climate change for global species killer is,” warns Silke Hahn of WWF Germany. The Earth is becoming less beauty and diversity. “In the end, we humans will suffer because we destroy our own livelihood.”

Floating wind turbines

In December 2015, the wind energy was the main source of energy for electricity generation in Germany for the first time – before lignite, hard coal and nuclear energy. This is due to the massive expansion of facilities – especially at sea. Nowhere the wind blows stronger than there.
The German technology group Siemens has recognized this potential some time ago and is specialized in the construction of floating wind turbines. The advantage: In contrast to fixed installations deeper waters for wind power can be developed for floating wind turbines. In addition, the systems can be completely built in the port and installed after completion on site. This reduces noise intensive work and thus also reduces the stress on marine flora and fauna.
